We concentrate on the needs that keep families in Sadiqabad trapped in poverty, and on the community-wide changes that help everyone move forward.

Food security
For families who cannot afford enough to eat.
Sadiqabad sits among some of Pakistan’s most productive farmland, yet many families here still go hungry. We aim to make sure households in need have reliable access to flour, rations and essentials, provided fairly and with dignity.
Labourers and their families
For farm, market and daily-wage workers on uncertain incomes.
Seasonal farm work, cotton picking and daily labour in the grain market rarely pay enough to save. We aim to support labouring families through the lean months and help them find more secure, better-paid work.
Girls’ and children’s education
For children, especially girls, at risk of missing school.
Education is one of the strongest routes out of poverty, yet cost and distance keep too many children, and especially girls, out of school. We aim to help families keep their children learning.
Community development
For neighbourhoods working together on shared needs.
Some problems are bigger than any one household. True to our name, we aim to work with communities on shared needs such as clean water, sanitation and local facilities, with residents deciding priorities together.
Reporting our work
Details of specific programmes, the areas they cover and what they achieve will be published here as each is confirmed. We report only what we can verify.
